Peruvian investment firm Acres launches new fund

Peruvian investment firm Acres Safi has launched a new investment fund in factoring, joining this industry along with other specialized companies and existing investment funds in a bid to increase financing for micro and small businesses through negotiable invoice discounting.

The Fast Capital Factoring Investment Fund was established as a public offering fund, registered under the simplified regime in the Public Registry of the Securities Market of Peru, with an initial authorized capital up to for 100 million soles ($25.8 million)

The new fund broadens Acres Safi’s range of investment products, with funds linked to both the real estate, debt, and factoring markets.

Peruvian law firm Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas advised Acres Safio on the launch of the new fund.

The firm provided comprehensive legal advice in the structuring and implementation of the fund, both at the level of designing the legal structure, in the preparation of the participation regulations and incorporation, as well as in the registration process before the Superintendence of the Securities Market.
