Peru’s Stucchi Abogados adds new labor law partner

Fiorella will work under the leadership of Jaime Talledo de Lama, who assumed the role of managing partner of this practice in March 2026. Jaime is an experienced labor advisor specializing in human capital optimization strategies and a partner at the firm since 2023.

Fiorella has over 10 years of experience in the field and was the lead attorney at the boutique labor law firm Hora Abogados Asociados. She has extensive experience in litigation of essential labor law matters and holds a master's degree in labor law and social security Pontificia Universidad Católica de Perú.
