Peru’s Petra Legal incorporates new partner

Daniel is a distinguished and recognized professional specializing in labor law, with over 27 years of extensive and successful experience in preventive advice, collective bargaining, litigation, and inspections.

He holds an LLM and an LLD from the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha in Spain, and is the author of numerous publications.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, Daniel has been a professor for over 20 years at prestigious universities in Peru.

Prior to joining Petra Legal, Daniel was a partner at Ulloa Abogados, a firm where he spent seven years.
