Peru’s Gálvez & Dolorier adds tax law consultant

With more than 20 years of experience in the field, Rosa has worked in prestigious firms such as Garrigues Peru, for five years, and Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados, for 12 years.

Her trajectory and skills in litigation have been widely recognized by clients and colleagues, positioning her as one of the most outstanding tax lawyers in the country.

Rosa specializes in the sponsorship of tax controversies at the administrative and judicial level, with extensive experience in the design of procedural defense strategies. In addition, she has solid experience in tax litigation before the Judiciary.

Her expertise also extends to tax consulting and planning for local and multinational companies, with a focus on differentiated tax regimes for sectors such as agribusiness, merchant marine, telecommunications and banking.

In addition to her work as a tax consultant, she has served as a speaker at the Universidad de Piura and at UTEC, and has participated in training programs on tax matters. She has also provided pro bono legal advice to the association of women in technology in Peru, Women in Tech Peru, supporting the inclusion of women in science and technology.

Rosa graduated in law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2006) and holds a master's degree in taxation from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

She is a member of the Lima Bar Association, the International Fiscal Association (Peruvian IFA Group), the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (IPDT) and the Peruvian-British Chamber of Commerce (BPCC).
