Panama’s ARIFA adds partner

With more than 13 years of experience advising both local and multinational companies, Jeannette has supported clients through key stages of growth and transformation, distinguishing herself through a practical, agile, and business-oriented approach.
She also brings a strong track record advising clients in their interactions with government entities, including supply and services contracts, concessions, public procurement processes, and highly complex public-private partnerships (PPPs).
The 360 Legal Solutions Practice Group is a multidisciplinary platform that integrates multiple areas of expertise to provide coordinated, end-to-end support to corporations seeking to establish and expand operations in Panama.
In welcoming Jeannette, Rodrigo Cardoze, co-managing partner of the group, stated: “Jeannette stands out for her commitment, her straightforward approach to building trusted relationships, and her strategic vision of the market—qualities that reflect who we are as a firm and where we aim to continue growing”.

Jeannette holds two master of laws degrees (labor law; procedural law, cum laude) from Santa Maria la Antigua University, a master’s degree in international relations from ICADE in Spain with a seminar certification from the Center of Intercultural Education and Development of Georgetown University in international affairs, postgraduate diplomas in administrative and labor law, and a CP3P certification in foundation and preparation levels from APMG in PPPs.
She is a member of the Panamanian Debate Association (ASPADE), the Panamanian Academy of Labor Law (APADETRA), and the Latin American Network of Labor Lawyers.
Since 2021, she has been a regular contributor to the World Bank’s Women, Business and the Law (WBL) initiative.
Her appointment reinforces ARIFA’s vision of delivering a comprehensive, client-focused, and strategic service offering, providing legal solutions that accompany clients throughout every phase of their business activities.
