NTI Group enhances technology consulting and software services through Orienta+Trium deal

NTI Group, an international provider of software and services for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, and Media & Entertainment sectors, as well as an Autodesk Platinum Partner, has acquired Orienta+Trium, an Italian company based in Limena (PD). Orienta+Trium specializes in technology consulting and the provision of advanced solutions for digital design and management in the AEC sector, with particular expertise in software solutions and consultancy services in CAD/PDM/PLM/BIM.

NTI Group was advised on legal matters by Bird & Bird, with a team composed of Mette Mernø Hans Jakobsen, Morten Rosenmejer, and Kristoffer Saugman for Danish law, and by Francesco Barbieri for Italian law and corporate M&A, and by Bernoni Grant Thornton for financial due diligence, with a team including Alberto Alverà, Andrea Celentano, and Francesco Tutucci, and for tax due diligence by Gianni Bitetti, Paola Venturi, and Ludovica Mazzilli.
