New Partner Appointment at Prieto Abogados

With over 10 years’ experience, Yuraszeck is part of the corporate team focused on corporate law, M&A, capital markets, energy and natural resources, infrastructure and construction projects, including EPC, BOO, Turn Key and O&M contracts.

He graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, has a master’s degree in tax administration and management from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez and a MSc in law and finance from Queen Mary University of London.

He has also overseas experience, having worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton’s London office in 2017, where he was involved in several capital markets and M&A transactions. Prior to that, he worked at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang, in the construction group.
