New Independent Law Firm SOLVING Launches in Italian Market

The Italian legal market saw the launch this weekend of SOLVING, a new independent law and tax firm established by a founding team of senior partners, primarily from Grimaldi Alliance. The new firm begins operations with over 50 professionals across offices in Milan, Rome, Naples, and Padova.
The founding partner group includes Maddalena Boffoli, Francesco Conti, Ilario Giangrossi, Roberto Limitone, Fabrizia Pellone, Francesco Pellone, Annalisa Pescatori, and Paolo Rulli.
Vittorio Grimaldi, a highly respected figure in the Italian legal sector, will serve as the firm's Honorary President. The founding partners have appointed Francesco Conti to lead the firm as its Managing Partner.
The firm will operate as a full-service business law practice. Its core service areas cover Corporate M&A, Tax, Real Estate, Dispute Resolution & Arbitration, Labour & Employment, Private Equity, and Wealth Management.
