Mexico’s Roca Ventures acquires B-Collection

The investment implies Roca Ventures’ acquisition of the company and its takeover over its management.

B-Collection is a subsidiary of Bluwall Holding of Grupo Dupuis and specializes in providing comprehensive equipment solutions for the contract market, offering a 'one-stop shop,' designing custom furniture at their factory in Lerma, in Mexico state, while also maintaining strategic partnerships with suppliers globally.

B-Collection’s services cover various sectors including offices, hotels, hospitals, schools, and auditoriums, with a focus on combining functional design and quality.

Roca Ventures was advised on the investment and acquisition by law firm Pérez-Llorca, with a team led by partner José Ignacio Rivero Andere, with senior associate Raúl Paniahua Reyes and associate Valeria Camacho Bello.

Mexican law firm Creel Abogados acted as counsel to Bluwall Holding, while CAYPE Abogados acted as counsel to B-Collection.
