Marval Advises on Syndicated Loan Deal

Sufisa S.A., Nuevo Banco de Santa Fe S.A., Banco de San Juan S.A. and Banco de Santa Cruz S.A., have been advised by Marval, O´Farrell & Mairal on a syndicated loan granted to Terminal Puerto Rosario S.A.
The $3.5m loan was issued on April 16th, and secured with the assignment in guarantee of certain collection rights, held by Terminal Puerto Rosario S.A. The proceeds of the loan will be used for general corporate purposes and as working capital.
Sufisa S.A. acted as arranger; Nuevo Banco de Santa Fe S.A, as lender and administrative agent; and Banco de San Juan S.A. and Banco de Santa Cruz S.A., as lenders.
Terminal Puerto Rosario S.A. is a multipurpose port integrated to the regional, national and international logistics, offering several kinds of loads and vessels services.
Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal served as legal advisor to the lenders with a team led by partner Roberto E. Silva, assisted by associates Francisco Abeal and Agustín López Roualdès. Guido Lo Celso served as in-house counsel to Terminal Puerto Rosario S.A.
