Madrona and Fialho Salles announce merger

On February 15th, major Brazilian law firms Madrona Advogados and Fialho Salles Advogados announced a merger, with the goal of reinforcing its full-service performance. The new team is already born with a relevant presence in the market: 266 professionals (164 lawyers, including 39 partners).

The combination aims to take Madrona Fialho Advogados a top-of-mind full-service. The firm's expansion plans are ambitious: to double in size over the next 5 years.

With the merger, their clients will have at their disposal a one-stop shop firm, capable of delivering solutions in dozens of corporate advisory and litigation areas. Although recognized for their high performance in traditional areas, especially M&A (Corporate), Capital Markets, Labor, Tax and Infrastructure, Madrona and Fialho have also been covering new trend markets, such as Digital Business, International Trade, Environmental, Alternative Finance, Sanitation and Power.
