Luca Maffia Strengthens White & Case’s Milan Team as New Partner

White & Case LLP has announced the arrival of Luca Maffia as a partner in its Milan office. With more than ten years of experience, most recently at A&O Shearman, Maffia’s addition further strengthens the Firm’s Global Debt Finance Practice and its Global Financial Institutions Industry Group.

Luca Maffia assists both borrowers and lenders — including corporates, financial institutions and investment funds at both the international and domestic level — across a broad spectrum of banking and finance matters, with particular emphasis on leveraged and acquisition finance. He also brings extensive experience in the real estate sector, where he advises credit funds and other lenders as well as borrowers.
