Lenovys (Tinexta Group) Acquires 100% of Strategy Innovation

Lenovys (Tinexta Group) has acquired 100% of Strategy Innovation, a spin-off of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice that provides strategic consultancy services for B2B and B2C companies, consolidating the role of the Tinexta Group as a strategic partner for the growth of SMEs.

Gitti and Partners assisted Lenovys with a team led by Partner Jessica Fiorani and composed of senior associate Valeria Pistoni, associate Francesca Annibale and junior associate Andrea Campana for the corporate aspects, as well as, for the employment-law aspects, Partner Elisa Mapelli and her junior associate Francesco Cannavina.

CRCLex assisted the selling shareholders of Strategy Innovation with a team composed of Managing Partner Carlo Rossi Chauvenet and senior associate Giuseppe Longo.
