ICG Acquires Majority Stake in Excellera Advisory Group from Xenon Private Equity

ICG, one of the leading global alternative asset managers, listed on the London Stock Exchange, has signed binding agreements to acquire a majority stake in Excellera Advisory Group, an Italian company active in the corporate affairs sector, from Xenon Private Equity.
The transaction simultaneously involves the sale of the majority stake by Xenon Private Equity and the transfer of all minority shareholders’ stakes in Excellera Advisory Group, with some of these shareholders reinvesting alongside the new majority shareholder. The transaction will lead ICG to hold approximately 70% of Excellera, while the operating shareholders will reinvest for the remaining 30%, maintaining control of the holding company and the group’s operating companies.
