Haspa BGM Invest finances acquisition of majority stake in Vartan.Aero

Vartan.Aero is a globally active provider of aviation support services, focusing on cabin interiors, aircraft systems and aerostructures. With more than 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, the company works with aircraft manufacturers, aerospace suppliers, MROs, leasing companies, CAMOs and airlines. The group employs over 300 people and operates locations including France, the United States, Canada and China.

The acquisition financing was provided by Commerzbank AG.
