Former Huck Otranto Camargo partners launch HRSA Advogados

On February 7, a group of 24 respected attorneys which spent over 20 years working at prestigious law firm Huck Otranto Camargo, launched HRSA Advogados in the heart of São Paulo's business district. This new firm is well-equipped to offer clients services in the main areas of law, namely: corporate and M&A, civil litigation, tax, family and succession, labor and real estate, among others.
At the helm of HRSA Advogados are renowned founding partners Luís Gustavo Haddad, Bruno Robert and Alexandre Domingues Serafim. "Our great differentials are the synergy and integration of our lawyers, who work in different areas of law, so that we are able to provide a personalized and attentive legal service to our clients with different profiles", stated the HRSA team.
The firm will cater to clients with different profiles, including individuals and corporations, as well as Brazilian and foreign companies of all sizes. The objective of the partners is to present a multidisciplinary team capable of acting in an agile, safe and personalized way.
About the founders:
Mr. Luís Gustavo Haddad has over two decades of experience practicing corporate law, advising on contractual negotiations and working on major M&A transactions. Academically, Mr. Haddad holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Master's in Civil Law and a Doctorate degree in Civil Law all from Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Moreover, as of 2021, he is also a professor at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
With over 20 years working in the legal market, Mr. Bruno Robert specializes in private equity and venture capital mandates as well as corporate and M&A deals. Academically, Mr. Robert holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Master's of Laws in Corporate Law and a Doctorate in Corporate Law, all from USP, as well as an LL.M. in Securities Regulation from Georgetown University.
Head of the dispute resolution department, founding partner Alexandre Domingues Serafim has over 20 years of expertise assisting with high-stakes litigation and arbitration mandates involving civil, commercial, intellectual property and regulatory issues. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from USP, a membership at the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr) and is a former vice-president of the Corporate Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section.
