Fondazione Editoriale Domani acquires full ownership of Editoriale Domani S.p.A.

Editoriale Domani S.p.A., a company within the group headed by Carlo De Benedetti and publisher of the newspaper Domani, completed a corporate reorganization that resulted in the entry of Fondazione Editoriale Domani into its share capital.

The transaction represents the fulfillment of a long-standing entrepreneurial and cultural vision by Carlo De Benedetti, aimed at ensuring the development of an autonomous and independent editorial project for Editoriale Domani S.p.A..

Editoriale Domani was assisted by Morri Rossetti & Franzosi. The firm, with a multidisciplinary team composed of Partner Davide Rizzo and Senior Associate Valentina Bianchin, advised Editoriale Domani S.p.A. on the financial and legal aspects of the transaction, which resulted in Fondazione Editoriale Domani acquiring full ownership of the company and becoming its sole shareholder.
