FLE Italia SICAF Completes Acquisition of Ravenna Retail Park from Gruppo Basso

FLE Italia SICAF, managed by FLE SA, has completed the acquisition of the Retail Park Faentina in Ravenna, leased to four primary tenants, from Gruppo Basso S.p.A., as part of the restructuring operation promoted by Nextalia Sgr on behalf of the Nextalia Credit Opportunities fund, acting as the main creditor.

Gitti and Partners assisted FLE Italia SICAF, with a team composed of Carlo Andrea Bruno, Virna Caterina Ferretto and Daniele Rositani Conti for real estate matters; Laura Sommaruga and Federico Ianeselli for public law matters; and Angelo Gitti, Filippo Rota and Augusto Fratolillo for finance matters.

Revalo assisted the buyer on technical matters, Studio MNP on administrative and accounting matters, and Studio Matarrese on notarial aspects.
