finReg360 expands leadership team with six new directors

finReg360 has expanded its leadership team with six new directors, appointing Ignacio Tébar and promoting Juan du Solier (Strategy & Operations), along with Francisco Aparicio, Beatriz Benítez, Mariona Pericas, and Carol Rodríguez (Regulatory). With these additions, the firm now exceeds 60 professionals, each with an average of 10+ years of experience.
Ignacio Tébar and Juan du Solier join the Strategy & Operations area.
Tébar, a graduate in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad CEU San Pablo, brings extensive expertise in financial consulting and business management. He joins from Bluecap Management, where he led strategic projects for European financial institutions, focusing on banking integration, commercial and digital transformation, and business analytics.
Juan du Solier has 15+ years of experience in strategic consulting and has led major initiatives in savings and investment within the financial sector. He is a graduate of Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.
Francisco Aparicio, Beatriz Benítez, Mariona Pericas, and Carol Rodríguez join the Regulatory practice.
Francisco Aparicio has 12 years of experience advising financial entities, specializing in investment vehicles, private equity, and fund management firms. He has led authorization and incorporation projects for investment management companies and financial service providers.
Beatriz Benítez is a seasoned lawyer with over 15 years of experience, specializing in MiFID II/RIS, sustainable finance, and MiCA compliance. She advises financial institutions on business model reviews and regulatory implementation.
Mariona Pericas is a fintech and digital assets expert with 10 years of experience. She has led payment institution and e-money authorization projects. She holds degrees in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Abat Oliba.
Carol Rodríguez is the Head of Corporate Law at the firm, and has 13 years of experience in financial regulation, specializing in payment services, consumer credit, investment services, and depository services. She holds a Law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) and a Master’s in Financial Markets and Asset Management from IEB.
