Factory Group expands with the acquisition of Vignold Group GmbH and GSDH Kreativagentur GmbH

Munich, June 17, 2025 – German commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised the factory Group GmbH, a portfolio company of multi-family office DRS Investment, on the financing of its acquisition of Vignold Group GmbH (Germany) and GSDH Kreativagentur GmbH (Switzerland).

This cross-border buy-and-build transaction marks a significant milestone in the factory Group’s strategy to establish a high-performance, international marketing and creative services platform. By integrating two well-established agencies from Germany and Switzerland, the group significantly strengthens its presence in the DACH region and beyond.

Gütt Olk Feldhaus played a key role in structuring and negotiating the financing. The team involved included Dr. Tilmann Gütt, LL.M. (London) (Partner, Banking/Finance), Christopher Krappitz, M.A. (Senior Associate), Katharina Pröbstl, LL.M. (London), and Anja Schmidt (Associate), all from the firm’s Banking and Finance practice.

Strategic merger driving performance-led creative production

Vignold Group GmbH, a prominent German provider of marketing services, specializes in scalable content production and point-of-sale (POS) solutions for international brands and retailers. With nearly 90 years of experience, Vignold offers a comprehensive range of services including creative design, 3D visualization, post-production, and IT solutions.

GSDH Kreativagentur GmbH, based in Switzerland, brings added strength in digital and experiential creative strategy, complementing the group's growing capabilities.

Together with the factory, a Swiss-based creative production company, these businesses now form the factory group – the largest independent marketing production platform in the DACH region.

Backed by DRS Investment, the factory group is built on a foundation of cutting-edge technology, including proprietary SaaS tools, AI-powered workflows, and a team of over 150 creative and tech professionals across six countries, including global hubs in Thailand and Cape Town.
