Estudio Figueroa in Peru Adds a New Partner

Estudio Figueroa is a boutique firm specialized in judicial, administrative, and arbitration litigation.

The firm said that demand for administrative litigation and regulatory advisory services has increased significantly in recent times.

Piero’s “extensive experience includes administrative advice and legal defense in complex procedures within highly regulated economic sectors, such as fishing, agriculture, telecommunications, transportation, electric energy, hydrocarbons, construction, mining, food and industry, among others”.

Piero founded his own firm, Rojas Vásquez Legal, in 2022, and holds a master’s degree in administrative law and public administration from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, and in environmental law from the Universidad Castilla-La Mancha in Spain, and a law degree from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, Piero also works as a professor at the faculty of law of the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and at the Universidad Católica San Pablo.
