Domixtar Pharmaceuticals Receives Investment from FIPEC and Family Office PFC

The Club Dealers, in the agreements through which FIPEC (Fondo Italiano Private Equity Co-Investimenti) and the family office PFC participated in the investment transaction in Domixtar Pharmaceuticals, a company active in the production of pharmaceutical active ingredients.

LMCR assisted the selling shareholders for the contractual and structural aspects of the transaction, with a team composed of Roberto Rio, Marta Chiaffoni and Francesco Bernardi, while Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici acted with a team composed of Michele Aprile, Roger Demoro and Alice Lubrano. GPBL assisted for tax law matters.

LMS acted in the interest of FIPEC with a team composed of Annalisa Esposito and Fabio Niccoli.

PedersoliGattai assisted the family office PFC with a team composed of Gregorio Lamberti and Alessandro Pirera.
