Deloitte Legal appoints Luca Marcello as new Head of Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Deloitte Legal has announced that Of Counsel Luca Marcello will be succeeding Partner Paolo Terrile, who led the team for the past four years and now heads the Turin–Genoa area of Deloitte Legal. The Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice includes professionals operating across all nine Deloitte Legal offices in Italy.

Luca Marcello joined Deloitte Legal in June 2024, bringing extensive experience in pre-litigation and litigation matters—both before national courts and arbitration tribunals—concerning high-profile disputes in contract, commercial, corporate, competition, insolvency, real estate, and procurement law. He also provides out-of-court assistance and ongoing advisory services to major corporations, including in insolvency procedures.
