Cravath elects 7 new partners

US law firm Cravath has announced the election of seven new partners, positions they will assume from January 1, 2025.

The new partners are Isaac C. Beerman, who holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and who is a member of Cravath’s corporate department, where he focuses on banking matters; Alexander E. Greenberg, who also holds a JD from Harvard Law School and graduated from Bates College, and who is also a member of Cravath’s corporate department, where he focuses on M&As.

Jana I. Hymowitz, who holds a JD from Brooklyn Law School, an LLM from New York University School of Law and a BA from Bard College, is a new partner in Cravath’s executive compensation and benefits department, while Jackson Lam, who holds an LLB and a degree from Monash University, is a new partner in the corporate department, where he focuses on banking and leveraged finance matters.

Edward O. Minturn, who holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA from Duke University, is a new partner in the corporate department, focusing on M&As, while

Margaret R. M. Rallings, who holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, and an MA and BA from Stanford, is also a new partner in the corporate department, where she focuses on capital markets and leveraged finance matters.

For her part, new partner Sarah F. Rosen holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA from New York University, and is a member of Cravath’s corporate department, where she focuses on banking matters.
