Costa Clinic has developed a new private healthcare facility in Sardinia.

The transaction is carried out through Bros Investments, a vehicle jointly owned by the holding companies Finvacchi and Sri Group, attributable respectively to Bernardo Vacchi and Giulio Gallazzi, leading figures in the Italian financial landscape. The total investment exceeds €7 million, while the assets attributable to the two holding companies amount to more than €300 million.

Within the governance structure of Costa Clinic, Bernardo Vacchi serves as chairman and chief executive officer, while Giulio Gallazzi holds the position of executive vice chairman. The project is part of a long-term investment strategy aimed at developing entrepreneurial initiatives rooted in local territories and characterized by a flexible private equity and asset management model.
