Della Maggiora Eyzaguirre and Ferrada y Cia Merge

Della Maggiora Eyzaguirre has announced its merger with Ferrada y Cia, creating a new firm under the name Della Maggiora Eyzaguirre Ferrada. The firm will maintain their specialization in labor law and dispute resolution. Operations commenced in January, 2018.

The new firm, formed by lawyers from both firms, is located in Santiago’s financial district.

Partners Francisco Della Maggiora and Domingo Eyzaguirre lead the labor practice, advising major domestic and international corporations in different industries, with a deep emphasis on employment matters, social security, immigration, labor relations, litigation and union’s negotiations.

Lawyer Benjamín Ferrada leads the dispute resolution practice, representing clients in complex litigation processes, with special focus on arbitration and commercial and civil procedures.

This merger seeks to consolidate the excellence in services that both firms had a history of providing clients, considering the existing synergies between labor practice and dispute resolution, which is expected to benefit both existing and future clients.
