A boutique law firm "that unites the best of the experience we bring, with a focus on client orientation and trust, and that allows us a freedom and agility that only a boutique with a modern and efficient structure can have, always putting the client at the center of decisions, with a consolidated and committed team with high technical excellence," founding partner Enrique Uribe says, and who has 40 years of experience dedicated exclusively to labor law.
"We could say we became a labor law boutique to focus on clients' challenges, and we have simplified our structure to focus our energy on the complexity of the current moment," the firm says.
“With a size, adaptability and flexibility that go beyond what a labor department can offer, Uribe Legal seeks to build long-term relationships with its current and future clients,” the firm states. “This includes strategic and preventive advice, as well as working hand in hand with in-house counsel on labor law matters such as collective bargaining, compliance, workplace harassment, litigation, corporate labor restructuring, diversity and inclusion, fundamental rights at work, and international and expatriate relocations.”
