Chilean law firm DP Group launches

The new firm specializes in financial, real estate, and regulatory law, with a focus on capital markets, fund management, financial and investment instruments, real estate projects, engineering and construction, project finance, financial compliance, regulatory law, litigation, and dispute resolution.

The firm was founded by partners Sebastián Delpiano, Juan Ignacio Peña, Carlos Frías, Carolina Philipps, and Alberto Vergara, and also comprises directors María Soledad Marín and Nicolás García, with a group of associates with experience in various areas.

DP Group concentrates its practice at the intersection of financial regulation, capital markets, and the real estate sector, areas where legal and business decisions are inseparable.
