Charles Russel Speechlys welcomes new dispute resolution partner

With over 20 years of experience, Aline specializes in resolving complex, high-value disputes in court, through arbitration or mediation, typically in matters related to commercial, banking, fraud, or family law. Her extensive expertise also includes asset recovery and protection, managing cross-border provisional measures, enforcing foreign judgments and awards, initiating insolvency proceedings, and conducting internal investigations. Aline has successfully represented clients at all levels of Swiss courts, including the Cantonal Courts, the Zurich Commercial Court, and the Federal Supreme Court.

In addition to her litigation practice, Aline has a strong mediation background and advises on family law matters, drawing on her experience as a former substitute judge. She has also been a member of the Board of Directors at Zugerberg Finanz and Erni Group Holding since 2023.

Her arrival follows Charles Russell Speechlys' recent expansion into Italy and the appointment of Carolyn Steppler as a UK tax consultant in the firm’s Zurich office, reinforcing the firm's ongoing international growth strategy.
