CDP Venture Capital joins Series C funding round in Classiq Technologies

CDP Venture Capital SGR, through its “Artificial Intelligence” Fund, participated as a follower in the Series C investment round of Classiq Technologies Ltd., an Israeli company leading in the development of quantum software platforms. Thanks to the contribution of the institutional investor, the company plans to expand its business in Italy through a local subsidiary, aiming to strengthen the national quantum technologies ecosystem. Other significant players in the sector, including Neva SGR, also took part in the round.

The legal aspects of the transaction were handled, on behalf of CDP Venture Capital, by LCA Studio Legale, with a team coordinated by Andrea Messuti and composed of Carlo Filippo Bertero and Tommaso Fatone.

For CDP Venture Capital SGR, the commercial aspects of the transaction were followed by senior partner Marco Allegretti and senior investment manager Matteo La Naia, while the internal legal team was coordinated by Alessandro di Gioia and composed of Debora Perciballi and Francesca Galetti.
