catWorkX acquires Ecuador’s R&T Digital Factory

CatWorkX, part of TIMETOACT GROUP, a portfolio company of HIG Capital, has acquired 100% of the shares of R&T Digital Factory, the Ecuadorian subsidiary of Herzum.
This transaction is part of Herzum’s overall strategy to integrate into the TIMETOACT Group. With the acquisition of the Ecuadorian company, catWorkX expands its delivery capabilities and strengthens its position.
TIMETOACT GROUP is part of the investment portfolio managed by HIG Capital, one of the world’s leading private equity firms.
CatWorkX was advised on the transaction by law firm ECIJA, with a team led by partner Michael Veintimilla, with director Gustavo Arrobo and senior associate Juan Pablo Aguilar González.
