Carbyne Equity Partners Acquires CHEMIA S.p.A.

The German fund Carbyne Equity Partners in the acquisition of CHEMIA S.p.A., one of Italy’s historic agrochemical brands operating in the production of crop protection products. The transaction, which involves the sale of a majority stake, also provides for the reinvestment by the sellers (Andrea Giberti and Maria Rita Giberti).

With this investment, Carbyne expands its portfolio in the crop protection sector.
