Burgenland Energie increases its participation in the Vienna-based SOLAH Group

Burgenland Energie has increased its stake in SOLAH Group GmbH to over 45% through its subsidiary BE Solution GmbH, strengthening its position as a strategic partner of one of Austria’s leading sustainable energy companies. The SOLAH Group designs and installs photovoltaic systems for private and business customers across Austria, providing services from planning to rooftop installation.

As part of the transaction, BE Solution GmbH, a subsidiary of Burgenland Energie, increased its stake in SOLAH Group GmbH to over 45%, thereby consolidating its position as a strategic partner of one of Austria's leading providers of sustainable energy solutions.

The SOLAH Group is a pioneer in the field of sustainable energy solutions. It designs and implements photovoltaic systems for private and business customers in Austria. The operating subsidiaries of the SOLAH Group offer comprehensive services ranging from consulting and planning to installing PV systems, mainly on roofs.

The increase in Burgenland Energie's stake in the SOLAH Group is a significant step forward for both companies. The combined expertise will not only strengthen the SOLAH Group's market position, but also promote innovative solutions in the field of renewable energies.
