Benedetta Volpi joins CRCCD as partner

Benedetta Volpi joins Cappelli Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo Del Din & Partners (CRCCD) as partner, bringing over 15 years of experience in financial regulation, gained in leading Italian law firms, including CRCCD itself, working between Milan and London.

Volpi subsequently held senior positions in the legal departments of BNP Paribas SA and Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. and, over the past five years, served as General Counsel at Nextalia SGR S.p.A., which she followed from its foundation. Throughout her career she has developed broad expertise spanning not only regulatory matters but also private capital dynamics, working across various investment strategies and transaction types, and building a qualified network among market operators at both Italian and international level.
