Baker McKenzie recruits Paula De Biase from Pérez-Llorca

De Biase, who specialises in financial regulation, had been with Pérez-Llorca for more than 13 years.She will join Baker McKenzie as a partner and will lead the firm's financial regulation practice in Madrid.

Her particular areas of expertise include advising national and international entities on international operations with a strong cross-border component. Her clients include fund managers, venture capitalists, banks, investment service companies, and insurance companies.
