Arturo Salice S.p.A. acquires Villes 2000

Arturo Salice S.p.A., controlled by the investment firm Cobepa and a global leader in the production of hinges and furniture accessories, has completed the acquisition of 100% of Villes 2000 S.r.l., an Italian manufacturer of aluminum sliding systems for furniture, interior doors, and shower enclosures. The transaction followed the transfer to Villes 2000 S.r.l. of the business branch of Villes S.r.l., including its assets, liabilities, and employees.
