Wildgen has appointed two new lawyers to head his employment and dispute resolution and litigation practices, in addition to a new investment funds department director.
Luxembourg law firm Wildgen recently strengthened several of its lines of business by appointing two partners, Emmanuelle Ragot and Karine Vilret, respectively to head the employment and dispute resolution and litigation practices. Matthieu Chambon joins the firm's investment fund division, headed by Samia Rabia, as director. A specialist in this field, the new managing partner began his career at Elvinger Hoss Prussen. He then joined Loyens & Loeff, Altius, and Kredie trust Luxembourg, a Luxembourg asset management company belonging to KBL European Private Banker, where he worked as a senior legal advisor. Matthieu Chambon joins the team currently led by the three partners Samia Rabia, Mark Shaw and Mevlüde-Aysun Tokbag. Founded in 1923, Wildgen's practice focuses on corporate, business, financial and labor law to advise large companies, individuals, mutual funds, investment funds and banking and financial institutions.
