Colombian law firm Rincón Castro Abogados has announced its launch, co-founded by lawyers Rafael Rincón and Miguel Castro.
Munich law firm Wach und Meckes has announced the promotion of a new partner, Maximilian Menz. His appointment becomes official on January 1st 2023.
An expert at handling cross-border disputes involving the tech sector, Menz regularly acts for high-profile clients before state courts and in national and international arbitration.
The University of Edinburgh graduate, who leads the Wach und Meckes legaltech department, has been with the firm since June 2018. His practice focuses on disputes in the technology sector. Before joining his current firm, Maximilian worked in the media law and digital business practice at SKW Schwarz.
