Munich law firm Wach und Meckes has announced the promotion of a new partner, Maximilian Menz. His appointment becomes official on January 1st 2023.

An expert at handling cross-border disputes involving the tech sector, Menz regularly acts for high-profile clients before state courts and in national and international arbitration.

The University of Edinburgh graduate, who leads the Wach und Meckes legaltech department, has been with the firm since June 2018. His practice focuses on disputes in the technology sector. Before joining his current firm, Maximilian worked in the media law and digital business practice at SKW Schwarz.

Wach und Meckes is an independent, specialist law firm for high-volume and complex corporate and commercial disputes which represents clients in state courts, arbitrations, mediations and out-of-court negotiations. It also acts as arbitrator in national and international arbitrations. The firm's main practice areas include, post-M&A, capital markets disputes and cartel damages.
