Vinatea & Toyama Abogados Launches in Peru

A new labor law firm, Vinatea & Tomaya has opened its doors in Peru, in order to advise the main players in the market, both from the private and public sectors, including cooperation agencies.


With over 20 years’ experience in the Peruvian legal market, former Miranda & Amado partners, Jorge Tomaya, Luis Vinatea, Roberto Matallana, Renato Mejía and Alfredo Salvador will be leading a team of more than 30 lawyers and 20 administrative professionals, working in what is now the largest labor law firm.


Luis Vinatea and Roberto Matallana will be led the procedural area, while the consultancy area will be led by Jorge Tomaya, Alfredo Salvador and Renato Mejía.


In addition, a commercial alliance has been established with Colombian law firm, Godoy Córdoba, which has cutting-edge technology on labor issues for process management, improving control labor processes and labor conflicts in the region.
