Counting banks, insurers and wealth managers among her clients, Menoud specializes in banking and finance law, and also handles corporate matters. As well as advising on regulatory, compliance and contractual matters, she is active in financial litigation, often representing clients before authorities such as the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). She counts restructuring, governance and sustainable finance as strengths.

Maleh is an expert in white-collar crime, including fraud, and asset recovery cases, representing institutions and individuals in commercial and criminal cases. He is especially experienced in cross-border disputes in the finance sector. Internal investigations, sports law and arbitration are also part of his skillset.
