Uruguay’s Jiménez de Aréchaga, Viana & Brause Combines With Dentons

Jiménez de Aréchaga, Viana & Brause and Dentons have launched their previously announced combination in Uruguay under the name, Dentons Jiménez de Aréchaga.  The combination positions the firm as the largest global law firm in the country and part of the first truly Pan-Latin American and the Caribbean law firm.

Jiménez de Aréchaga, Viana & Brause specializes in the banking and finance, corporate and M&A, energy, infrastructure, labor law, litigation and dispute resolution, natural resources and real estate areas, among others. Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, has over 10,000 lawyers across 183 offices worldwide.
