Urenda Advises Enaer and Bice on a $40m Bond Issue Deal
Urenda Rencoret Orrego & Dörr has advised Empresa Nacional Aeronáutica de Chile (Enaer), and Bice Inversiones Corredores de Bolsa S.A. in the registration of Enaer, as issuer, with the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero, as well as on the registration and issue of $40m series A bond guaranteed by the Republic of Chile.
Local series A bonds priced at an annual interest rate of 4.75%, are due in 2038. The transaction closed on June 26th.
Established in 1930, Enaer, the state-owned Chilean aeronautical company, specializes in manufacturing technology and aviation maintenance. The company provides a wide range of solutions for commercial and military aviation, from depot maintenance to the complete upgrading of aircraft.
