Spain's Metricson acquires alternative legal services firm Terminis
Metricson, a firm specialized in advising start-ups, has acquired Terminis Spain with the aim of expanding its offering in the field of legal and consulting services.

Terminis, created in 2014 by a group of lawyers and computer engineers, has its own technological platform to provide alternative legal services, such as the online contracting of customized legal documents or the virtual publication of notices of general meetings.
Terminis will concentrate all of Metricson alternative legal services under its brand. "We have been developing and integrating legaltech technology and new processes in the firm for more than 10 years. This acquisition allows us to bring to light tools that will be useful for other law firms," says Luis Gosálbez, founding partner of Metricson.
