Simmons & Simmons' Madrid office hires Bird & Bird partner Raquel Ballesteros
Simmons & Simmons’ Madrid office has recruited dispute resolution partner Raquel Ballesteros from Bird & Bird.

Ballesteros, who spent 14 years as a partner at Bird & Bird, will join Simmons’ European healthcare and life sciences practice.
She has extensive experience advising on arbitration and European e-health projects. Her clients have included international consortia as well as the European Commission, which she has advised on matters relating to to employment, corporate and commercial, and financial markets.
The managing partner of Simmons & Simmons in Spain, Andrés Mochales said: "It is a great satisfaction for the partners in Madrid to be able to announce the incorporation of Raquel.
