Fernandez-Longoria, specialized in pharmaceutical laboratories, has extensive experience advising on all aspects of data protection and cyber security in audits, compliance programs, international data transfers, outsourcing, procedures before data protection authorities and security breach management.
Prior to joining Samaniego Law, an alternative legal services firm with offices in Madrid and Miami, she has been a partner at Pinsent Masons for the past two years and worked at Bird & Bird and Linklaters.
