Gün + Partners, the Turkey-based law firm has announced the promotion of three new managing associates and three senior associates, strengthening its corporate and commercial, dispute resolution and intellectual property practice areas.
Berrin Dinçer, who joined the firm in 2010, becomes managing associate of the IP practice. She specializes in trademarks, design, copyright and patent, among other IP law matters. Dinçer has advised on several contentious and non-contentious administrative oppositions and litigations relating to trademarks, patents and industrial designs.
Dicle Doğan, who joıned the fırm ın 2011, becomes managing associate of the IP practice. She has focused her expertise on life sciences, trademarks and designs and intellectual property matters. Doğan assists corporate clients in the pharmaceutical and medical industries.
Selda Ercan, who joined the firm in 2014, is the new managing associate of the dispute resolution practice. She has extensive experience in dispute management and employment. Ercan advises both national and international clients on commercial disputes, alternative dispute resolution and in contract negotiations.
The firm has also promoted three senior associates: corporate and M&A and dispute resolution lawyer Ilgaz Önder, IP, trademarks and designs lawyer İrem Girenes Yücesoy and intellectual property and anti-counterfeiting lawyer Umut Cagdas Tahirogullari.
