Tax partner Luis García Romero has ample knowledge in tax consulting, audits and corporate matters. A graduate of Universidad Católica Santa María, he has a master’s in taxation and fiscal policy of the Universidad de Lima. He advises both local and international companies from the fishing, automotive, real estate, retail and food & beverage sectors.
Criminal-law partner Karin Fernández is widely experienced in criminal, prison and criminal procedural law. She is a graduate of Lima’s Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, holds a master’s degree in criminal law from the aforementioned university and a master’s in criminal law and crime science from Barcelona University.
Litigation and dispute resolution partner Ericka Angulo Bazán has focused her expertise on civil, administrative, constitutional litigation and arbitration matters. A graduate of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, she holds a M&A specialization from Universidad del Pacífico.
Foreign trade and customs partner César Alfonso Alva Falcón advises both national and international companies on customs regulation application, customs valuation and international trade agreements as well as on consulting, contentious, non-contentious and judicial procedures. A graduate of San Martin de Porres University, he has a master’s in international trade from the University of Alicante.
