Renowned dispute resolution attorneys Alfredo Migliore, Kedma Moraes Watanabe and Cláudia Regina Figueira recently announced the launch of their new firm, MWF Advogados.
The new São Paulo-based boutique, formally established in mid-February, focuses on strategic judicial litigation and arbitration mandates involving civil and corporate law as well as credit recovery and pre-litigation cases.
All three name partners graduated from Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and later began their careers at leading dispute resolution firm Sergio Bermudes Advogados, before migrating to their former firm, boutique Tepedino, Migliore, Berezowski and Poppa Advogados. Mr. Migliore, Ms. Watanabe and Ms. Figueira have been working together for over two decades and, following the split at their previous office, will now captain a firm of their own.
MWF Advogados already consists of three name partners and three associates with the firm currently hiring new attorneys to bolster its highly-qualified team.
"More than a mission itself, the firm is born with one ambition and many values: the ambition to do what is best for the rights of our clients, guided by a set of non-negotiable ethical values. We believe, above all, in a trustworthy relationship with all clients and in swift, efficient, technical and responsible client-service.", stated founding partner Alfredo Migliore.
