Peruvian law firm Rodríguez García & Encinas launches
Law firm Rodríguez García & Encinas has announced its launch, a firm that is the result of the merging of talent from two Peruvian firms, Rodríguez García Consultoría Especializada and Encinas Zevallos Abogados (EZA).
“We are pleased to announce the birth of Rodríguez García & Encinas, a firm that results from the union of two boutiques highly specialized in their respective fields, with the purpose of offering a distinctive legal service for its creativity, for its commitment to understanding the needs of its clients and for its firm commitment to integrity,” co-founding partner David Encinas Cevallos said.
Rodríguez García Consultoría Especializada and Encinas Zevallos Abogados (EZA) were highly respected legal services boutiques with various fields of expertise, focusing on antitrust, intellectual property, consumer protection, real estate law, protection of personal data and the development of regulatory compliance programs.
Co-founding partner Gustavo Rodríguez García, who led Rodríguez García Consultoría Especializada, holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a master's degree from the Universidad Austral de Argentina.
He is currently chairman of the ethics committee of Peru’s Council of Advertising Self-Regulation (CONAR).
The new firm’s goal “is to offer a legal service that translates into advantages in both consulting and sponsorship”.
