Fernando graduated in law from the Universidad Católica del Peru (PUCP) and holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics, as well as postgraduate studies in economic regulation from PUCP and in risk management from the EALDE Business School.
He has ample experience in advising local and international companies from a variety of sectors on corporate law, financing, general transactions, infrastructure projects, crisis management, compliance and other issues.
Prior to joining Damma Legal Advisors, Fernando held the position of Of Counsel at Vodanovic Legal, and prior to that worked at Quimpac, as the general manager of legal and compliance.
He has also served as counsel at law firm Rebaza Alcázar & De las Casas, and as a professor of private-public partnerships at the Universidad del Pacífico.
